The new entry-level Workstation labeling solution easily supports your small-to-midsize business with unlimited printer access from a single user, enabling your labeling to scale with your business growth.

Before you can upgrade, you will need to install BarTender 2022 R8 and have an active Maintenance and Support Agreement (MSA). Submit the form to renew your MSA to upgrade to Workstation.

You can see the status of your MSA by following the steps below:

Open BarTender Designer
Click on “Help” in the top bar
Select “About” from the drop-down menu

How do I find and verify which BarTender version is installed on my PC or computer?

You can find your installed BarTender version by following the steps below:

Open BarTender Designer
Click on “Help” in the top bar
Select “About” from the drop-down menu
Verify that “Version:” is 11.3/216048 or higher

How do I update to BarTender 2022 R8?

To update your BarTender software, you will need:

The latest BarTender 2022 installer. You can download this here.
Your Product Key Code (PKC) for BarTender.
Administrator access to the computer(s) that you will updating.
